Local MP David Tredinnick has welcomed a grant to Market Bosworth Sports Club from the Football Foundation’s Premier League & The FA Facilities Fund.

Market Bosworth Sports Club has been awarded a grant of £370,582 to construct a new changing pavilion.

The Football Foundation delivers the Premier League & The FA Facilities Fund on behalf of its three core funders, the Premier League, The FA and the Government/Sport England, which have jointly provided more than £100 million towards the Fund for the three-year period between 2013 and 2016. 

David Tredinnick said, “This is great news for an excellent community sports club and I would encourage all local groups and clubs to explore all such funding options in order to help improve facilities in the area.”
